La Couronne Chocolate~
First, and foremost, any chocolate confection is only as good as the chocolate used to create them. La Couronne Chocolate uses world class Bitter-, Semi-. and Milk- chocolates from Belgium and France. To make our truffles we combine these chocolates with cream and butter, and imbue them with ingredients such as: top shelf liqueurs, pure fruit purees, fresh herbs and roasted nuts. Then we hand roll or scoop our truffles, dip them into a thin Cacao Barry chocolate coating and finally, embellish them with beautiful befitting toppings.
